surprising comfort and helpful STAFF

great staff complimentary tea coffee comfortable bed useful iron

the staff was GREAT. they changed my room to another one next to my friend's room. the room included complimentary tea and coffee. i slept well because the bed was comfortable. the hotel provided an iron and ironing board, i found them useful.

the breakfast HOURS ended a little too early. it ended at 9:30 am.

mixed feelings about this stay

body odour cigarette smoke

the breakfast was good with a great choice of food.

the room was hot at night and there was no air con to cool it down!!! the window could not fully open because of the floor height. i also noticed a smell of body odour in the corridor, despite the non-smoking rooms, and i smelt cigarette smoke. i am unlikely to return because there are others near the city centre.

The room was spacious and provided a comfortable rest. I appreciated the location for walking around the city center, it was convenient. Staff offered great attention . I found the price reasonable when considering the area.

I noticed that the phone often goes unanswered. It rings but then cancels, a problem. No one responds to emails or messages I sent, and I am waiting for a refund.
